We have a flexible Cancellation Policy, allowing cancellations as long as the order has not been dispatched from our website, himalica.com (“Website”). Once the shipment is on its way, we won’t be able to cancel the order. We kindly ask for your understanding. Additionally, if we notice any transactions that appear to be fraudulent or violate our website’s terms and conditions, we may, at our discretion, cancel those orders without prior notice. Our goal is to ensure a safe and pleasant shopping experience for everyone.
How will I get the refund?
At Himalica, we want to ensure that your experience with us is smooth and hassle-free, even when it comes to returns and refunds. If you need a return, replacement, or refund, we’ll process your request within 5-7 days after the products are received and verified at our warehouse.
For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking, we’ll issue the refund to the same account you used for payment within 5-7 days from the date we receive the products. Please note that it may take an additional 2-3 days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
For cash on delivery transactions, we’ll initiate a bank transfer to the account details you provide. This will also take place within 5-7 days from the date we receive the returned products and your bank details
via email. Again, it may take an extra 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Replacement/ Refund Policy by Himalica
At Himalica, we take great care to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, in rare situations, there may be:
● Damage to the item during transit
● A manufacturing defect
● An incorrect item delivered to you
In such cases, we will gladly replace the item at no extra cost or provide a full refund, provided that you request a replacement or return within 5 days of receiving the package. Please note that no returns or replacements will be accepted after the order is processed, except for the reasons mentioned above.
To initiate a refund or replacement, kindly email us at himalica00@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for your request. We kindly ask that you do not send any items for return/replacement without receiving our confirmation, as we cannot be responsible for unapproved returns.
If the replacement item is unavailable, we will do our best to offer suitable alternatives. However, the final decision will always rest with the customer. If you’ve already paid for your order, we will issue a 100% refund if the product is unavailable or hasn’t been shipped.
