We use only the highest quality packaging materials, sourced from reliable vendors, and conduct thorough testing of their durability before using them for shipping and delivery.

How does the delivery process work?
Once your order has been processed by Himalica, your products undergo a thorough inspection to ensure they are in perfect condition. After successfully passing the final round of quality checks, we carefully pack your items and hand them over to our trusted logistics partner.
Our logistics partner will then deliver your products to you as quickly as possible. If they are unable to reach you at the provided shipping address or at the specified time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
Please note that all products ordered by you, including any free gifts bundled with your order, will be shipped to the address you provided at the time of placing your order, along with an invoice. While we strive to ship all products in your order together, this may not always be possible.
What is the range of locations to which Himalica ships their products?
Himalica ships throughout India to almost all pin codes. The list of serviceable pin codes may change from time to time depending on our logistics partners. You can check if we deliver to your shipping address by entering your pin code on any of our product pages on our website or by providing your shipping details on the checkout page.
Is it possible for me to track my order?
Once you place your order with Himalica, it is promptly processed from our designated warehouse. After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email at the address you provided during checkout. This email will include the tracking number and the details of the courier company handling your delivery.
If you have an account with us, you can also track your order by logging into the “My Account” section of our website using your registered username and password. Simply navigate to the “Your Orders” tab to view your order details.
You can track your package’s status as soon as it has been dispatched from our warehouse.
How long will it take for my order to reach me?
When you place an order with Himalica, an estimated delivery time will be provided based on your shipping address. Since we maintain inventory of all products listed on our website, you can rest assured that your order will be dispatched within 24 hours. We strive to deliver your products within 2-7 days, depending on your location, but sometimes unforeseen circumstances may cause slight delays.
Please note that while Himalica will make every effort to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, we are not liable for any delays caused by our logistics partners.
NOTE: As such for the time being, we cannot commit on delivery timelines. We do request you to bear with us in the case of slight delays. As per safety protocols while we are currently accepting online orders to ship within India, due to changing nature of the situation, we reserve our right to pause deliveries at any time if so warranted.
